Here is a brief overview of how with our associates, partners and members we are working to build a community that can better promote the game of bowls.
Game Development:
Promote and Grow the Sport of Bowls
Objective:
Refresh the image, brand and offerings of bowls to increase the contemporary appeal of the sport to mainstream England including new participants, supporters and the media.
Strategic Initiatives:
Develop a customer focused approach that reflects the preference of new participants
Invest in research that allows Bowls to understand the evolving needs and preferences of existing and new participants
Develop a culture in our Member clubs and our sport that is more customer service orientated
Enhance the participant recruitment, conversion and membership servicing techniques of our clubs
Utilise 'Rink Match' as the primary national marketing vehicle to encourage new participants to trial and experience the sport of bowls.
Introduce innovative formats and equipment that allows bowls to be experienced in a wide variety of alternative venues that are not limited by standard playing surfaces.

Invest in research to identify emerging and untapped markets for bowls.
Deliver development programs to targeted populations in England and Europe.
Provide EBTA Member Clubs with strategies and support services that assists them to develop and improve
Develop and introduce club development strategies and programs via the promotion of EBTA Club Development Network resources |
